How Much is postage / Shipping?

• We use Australia Post to ship our items Internationally, we prefer there EMS/ECI Service as it is door to door, takes 4-5 days, includes insurance and needs the item to be signed for. As it is trackable online we can tell instantly if there is a problem. This service costs a little more than the standard air parcel post system, which is allowed 2 months under international post convention, and is not trackable. But we (and you will) prefer to know that your parcel is trackable, and the prompt 4-5 day delivery is better than the 2-3 month air parcel method.
• Within Australia, we use Fastway couriers (insured Couriers) or Australia Post Registered Parcel Post, depending upon the location of the reciever.

What is your Privacy Policy? Our Privacy policy is simple. We do NOT share, sell, rent, or loan your details to anyone , NEVER .

What is your Returns - Refunds Policy? We accept returns on unopened or unused items only , provided it is in  a AS New, Saleable Condition, Shipping Costs are not refundable. Manufactured items are not refundable, Returned goods must be returned - at buyers expense to the contact details located in the contact us page.

Is GST included? As we are targeting a international market, 10% GST is to be added to all Australian orders. GST does not apply to international (outside Australia).

Can my lambswool Rug be washed? Yes , the lambswool/ sheepskin rug brought from us can be washed in water. Items have washing instructions on them. We can not vouch for items brought from others. The Green Urine Resistant Hi temp rugs can be washed at 80 degrees Celcius.

What Colours are available? Most colours are available, colour trends change all the time, but we carry most colours. Please check the item you are after to see what colours are available. If you want a different colour please email us, we may just have it.

Are all Skins Dyed? We now have access to some undyed long and short wool skins, the colour of these vary, as they are natural and unbleached and unwashed.
All our coloured skins are dyed.

Whats the difference in the types of Skins? In the short wool range we have a number of different types to choose from. All Skins have the same processing uptil the final stages, the difference is the quality.

• The Export Range is our best range, as perfect as we can get them,
• The specials are the level below, sometimes the difference is minute, it could be smaller in size, have some small skin or wool blemishes, or a pack of different coloured wool that wasn't dyed out completely.
• The next level down are the ROF (Run of Flock) skins, these have skin or wool defects, that make them not as presentable as the export or specials. They are great value for money, and sometimes bigger skins.
• The final range is the Pet mats these have greater defects including skin nicks , wool length inconsistancies, and some burrs on the outside edges. Hence we sell them as pet mats, we sell large numbers of these.

What does uncut mean when you talk about pramliners and car seat inserts? We By Uncut we mean that these do not have the cuts for the pram or carseat straps. However you can easily insert these with a sharp knife and pen. We do not cut them because they are not made for any particular brand of pram or car seat.

Are these skins Real Sheepskins? Yes our Sheepskins are real Sheep skins, The majority of our Product range is produced and processed here in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Our Lambswool Pramliners are real Lamswool.

Do you accept orders from "free" email addresses? We do accept orders from Free email addresses like hotmail, yahoo, lycos, etc. We find that most people have real email addresses, and all our fraudulent activity comes from these free addresses. If we reduce fraud we can keep the prices down.

How long is the wool Length?
The General Purpose Medical sheepskin is 25mm or 1" long (approx.) and The Urine resistant Green Medical sheepskin is approx. 31mm or 1 1/4" long. Both exceed the Australian Standards for Medical Sheepskin rugs and Underlays

Can I wash these Medical Sheepskins?
Yes, all our sheepskins can be washed. The green Urine resistant one can be washed at 80°c / 176°f , the yellow general purpose one can be washed at 60°c / 140°f .

Are they Hypo-allergic?
Yes all our sheepskin are Hypo-allergic.

How Much is shipping?
Shipping is weight based. Correct pricing is available at the first stage of checkout before payment.

• We offer 2 types of shipping: Insured Air Parcel Post (Generally 6-10 days, but Postal authorities say to allow 30 days) and
• EMS / ECI Express Courier (4-6 days ).
• In Australia we may use Fastway couriers depending upon the location.
• A single sheepskin generally costs for shipping outside Australia A$46.00 or USA$30.00, multiple rugs are cheaper.
